X-mas and Sylvester are price like in main season, in 2010 from 22.12. to 2.1.2011

In price are included: VAT tax 7%, costs for water, heating and power, endcleaning, parking area, bed linen and towels (for beach please bring by yourself) and a complete and lovely furniture and equipment.

included in extra bed: towels, bed linen, airbed or babybed and baby high chair. If you bring a baby bed by yourself, than the extra bed price is all the same.

kind dogs: are free in two flats, please bring by yourself all equipment for your lovely dog (dog bed, food, towels and so on), thank you.

spa tax: spa tax per person / dog x nights: main season (01.05.-30.09) €2,60 in off season (01.10.-30.04.) €1,50., dog for € 0,50. The spa tax is exclusive, cash at arrival.

services: on demand free pickup from the train-station Binz; rolls-, beverages- or buying service before arrival (purchase-price plus service-price €1 to 5); on demand extra pillow, patchcable for internet, and many more.

varia: arrival at 2 pm/depature till 10 am, change-day is saturday. Minimum time from june to september are 7 nights. Holiday-guests at 14 nights are very welcome.
